Summer season 2012 begins June 2nd and goes to September 8th; however, select properties are available earlier, please call for more information. Prices vary by the week. Bargain prices prevail early and late summer with the prime season of July - August as the most in demand. Generally there is no price break except if 3 or more weeks are booked. What To Expect
All properties come complete with a barbeque, color TV with basic cable and garage parking unless otherwise specified. Most units have coin operated washers and dryers either inside the unit or shared in the garage. The kitchens are well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, flatwear, serving bowls, basic cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Only a few of our properties offer telephone service. However, you may make arrangements on your own behalf through Pacific Bell at least two weeks prior to arrival.Blankets, mattress pads and pillows are provided, you will need to bring bed linens, bath and beach towels. Linen rental service is available. Pillows, blankets, and mattress pads, all we ask you to bring are your own personal bed linens, bath and beach towels. Rental service (bed and bath linens only) is available upon request from Villa Rentals, while supplies last.
Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. You may need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay. We ask that you bag all of your trash to be set out for pick up on Monday. Remember, the next guests will be putting out your trash after you leave so please be considerate and neat!
What It Will Cost
In addition to the rental fee, a refundable security deposit in the amount of $500.00 - $1,000.00 (depending on the property) is assessed. Also, the City of Newport Beach imposes a 10% transient occupancy tax and Villa Rentals charges a non-refundable $45.00 reservation fee. The security deposit is held on account and is refunded within 21 days, less any deductions for damages or cleaning, when applicable. If telephone service is provided with the unit, the security deposit may be increased and is held until billing is reconciled.How to Make Reservations

Contracts are normally mailed within 24 hours and first payments are due within 7 to 10 days,
or sooner depending upon the reservation date. All reservations must be completely prepaid at
least 30 days in advance and we require that all payments be made in the form of a Cashier's
Check. Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Check-In is from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00
p.m. and Check-Out is by 10:30 a.m.
